What data GrantIQ keeps about the people who use it, and why.
Your account data
Your email, your name (if your edition's administrator entered it), your role and the editions you have access to. We use them only to let you sign in and to send you the alerts you set up.
Sign-in with a code
We send you a 6-digit code from no-reply@laboiq.com. We keep only an encrypted fingerprint of the code, which expires after 10 minutes. Sessions are stored the same way: never the key in plain text.
Telegram and the app
If you connect Telegram we keep your chat number with the bot and your username; “/salir” or My account deletes the connection. If you use the app and accept notifications, we keep the phone's notification identifier provided by Expo. We do not read your messages or your contacts.
What you follow and your alerts
The opportunities you follow and your alert preferences. Your edition's administrator can see who has access, not what each person follows.
Opportunity data
Everything else is public federal information (Grants.gov, SAM.gov, USAspending, Federal Audit Clearinghouse, the Census, OpenFEMA and BLS), with its source and date. We do not sell or share personal data, we do not show ads and we do not track your activity outside GrantIQ.
Contact
GrantIQ is a service of IQ Labs. To delete your account, ask your edition's administrator or write to info@laboiq.com; we delete it along with your sign-in data, alerts and devices.
